How VIP works

Every £10 wagered earns 1 VIP point. Slots count fully, live games at 50%, table games at 30%. Tier thresholds reset every month — you keep your tier for the calendar month after you hit it, then re-qualify or drop one rung.

Points double as a soft currency: cash them in for bonus credit, free spins, or merchandise. The redemption rates favour bonus credit (200 points = £1 of bonus) over merchandise, which is mostly a perk for Diamond tier where points pile up.

Personal account manager — what they actually do
